Hand-woven in the studio, each earring is finished with silk hand-dyed to match the exact tone of the spinel. The lattice of black spinel and gold narrows to a point, then gives way to a single faceted bead and a pompom that breaks the structure on purpose — precise in silhouette, unexpected at the finish. They move easily from dinner to a gallery opening to a night that runs later than planned. Faceted black spinel and gold, finished by hand.
